Also, what should I bring? Will a water faucet water purifier from here(US) fit the faucets there? Any ideas on what to bring my husbands family members for gifts? I have never met any of them!!!

I installed a pur water filter to my faucet last week. Water started ********* from the top because it wasn’t twisted on correctly. I tried to use a locking pliers to twist the top off but it didn’t twist and the the plastic started scraping off. Anybody have any ideas on how I should remove it?
