I just sea monkeys and I read all the instructions. I put the water purifier in and now I am wondering; would it be alright if I put my sea monkeys in right now? I got the tank set up at 2:00. The instructions say after 24 hours, but I was wanting to put em in now.

Jane F asked: Well, I put the water purifier(package #1) in at about 8 last night, and I was wondering if it was okay to put the Sea Mokneys(package #2) in at around 7 or 730 tonight? Even though it says to wait a minimum of 24 hours. Thank you!

I have a basic red tank. Same size as my blue one. I can’t find my water purifier but I have found something of similar use. Only problem is that it is measured in gallons. I need to know how large the sea monkey tank is so I can convert it. I have the basic tank with the magnifiers on it.

Genaro G asked: I saw a video on youtube of a guy that had several white rocks and seaweed in there, would i put my sea monkeys at risk in doing the same?
ps: I dont have my sea monkeys yet, would it make a difference if I put the seaweed and then the water purifier, or would that kill the plant?

Pristine asked: I recently acquired a Sea Monkey kit for my birthday.
We followed the directions exactly: we used bottled (non-carbonated, non-flavored) water, we put in the purifier and let it sit for 24 hours, then gently stirred in the eggs, used the million bubbles pump to oxygenate the water and… nothing. Two days and nothing. I’ve read quite a few Q&A that say that the monkeys are extremely small at first and that water temp plays a big role in it - but I can not see anything moving at all in my tank.
My question is, how long should we wait before we say with all certainty, “Alright, that just didn’t work, we need to start over fresh.”?
Thanks for your input! :o)
I’m definitely willing to wait as long as I need - I would **** to accidentally throw them out just because I can’t see them.

I was also wondering if you have to add that special air purifier powder every time you need to add more water to their tank because of evaporation. I was also wondering about the process of upgrading them from their original tank to a bigger one. Any & all tips and or suggestions I would greatly appreciate.
