Plan for cleaning up the Water and Air?

Lew asked:

How about we build a giant Water purifier and Air purifier. Just like one you would find on a boat or giant ship.

For the water purifier, build it 10-to12 stories high, maybe higher. Put it maybe 5-10miles off the coast all around the world. Run it off hydroelectricity, and generate the electricity just like the hoover dam. Recycle the pollution that the water purifier pulls out, oil, coolant, and any other pollution that it seperates from the water. Including the trash that it ***** in. It would need workers for maintenance and repair, not self sustaining. The pipes throughout the whole thing would be made like this: PVC pipe, inside of a steel pipe, inside of a PVC pipe. Which would prevent corrosion for a long period of time. It would be hard to build a structure that far off the shore, but it’s possible. The structure in Dubai, Oil platforms. Taking these examples and expanding on them could lead to a way.

The Air Purifiers could be set right beside the Water purifier, and ran off the same electricity. It could also be set on land, and powered by wind turbines. The wind turbines could be placed underground in a giant round Steel structure. With 3 Giant fans maybe more, pointed into the structure. 1 of the wind turbines in the structure powers the fans the other 2 power the air purifier. The reason it would be round is so the wind would keep circulating in a circle compounding the output of the fans.

You know i’m not extremely worried about cleaning up the Earth. I’m going to be dead if it ever goes completely to **** anyways, but we should all like to see something productive happen for our children and our childrens children. Would you rather leave your children with a bunch of debt or a million bucks.

What is the best household water purifier available?

water purifier
yo asked:

I’ve been looking for ways to filter my water from my well… it has a really rusty taste and isn’t very pleasant. I’m trying to find a filter that does not use electricity and removes any rust or bacteria in my water. I’m only looking for a filter that’s used for drinking only. I don’t want a filter for my entire household.

Can anyone find any results?
