I had this DuPont Brand Water Filter for 3 weeks now, and digital light stopped working. Is it fixable?

It has a 4 year warranty, but I think I threw out the papers! I would really like it fixed and cannot find any info on the web. The digital light/ gallons filtered reading no longer lights up. I only used about 20 gallons of filtered water with this unit, so I’m dissappointed. Anyone have experience in fixing this type of unit?
