My new tetra whisper water filter has bubbles coming out of the top of it. Is something wrong or is it normal?

October 2, 2007 | 2:55 AMYes it is normal. I have 3 tetra whisper filters (3 gallon, 10 gallon, and 20 gallon) and all of them did this.
