Water Purifier

it made my curlyhair fall like anything more than anyone could imagine.i also have very powder like kidney stone.and aslo many abdominal issues.my doctor asked me not to take any leafy vegetables and aslo to avoid everything containing calcium.so its difficult for me here, as i will get only hard water to drink here.we r having a water purifier here. will it do remove the harshness of hard water? or will boling the water help me? i have heard that if its temporary hard water, it can be lessened by boiling. but here i think its permanent hardness. As am staying not at home, i cant use any water softner or such kinda things. pls help me by telling
1) how to make water soft naturally
2) is there a prob if i drink hard water after getting it from water purifier( i have kidney stone and hard water have high calcium content)
3) what can i do for beyter protection of my hair( i cant take any alopethy medicine as im under medication of homeopathy for my other health issues)

i wud b really greatful if u can help me bcos its a serious health issue
