Help! I cant seem to install my new water purifier?

January 13, 2009 | 7:09 PMI had an old pur a long time ago and I had to get a special adapter to fit my faucet. If you adapter fits the faucet but not the pur unit I would say take it back and see if the company who sold it to you can help. It sounds like the fitting on the pur unit is bad.
