My F250 does not seem to be getting fuel past the filter. I drained the filter to let water out and now I think I need to fill/prime the filter, but am unsure how to do this…

I’m just wondering, since I didn’t flush it prior to moving, it’s had water sitting in the chamber for a couple of weeks. Let me try again, will a store-bought filter chemically clean urine and turn it into H2O? I know it’s safe to drink but probably super gross.
